We came with just my husband and I and our 18 year old and 12 year old. There’s an addition bedroom with a bunk bed which looks to have a king size bed on the bottom. Place is small, but cozy. Bathroom and main area are large and backyard is great. The location is perfect for fishing, or arnold park. '
