'I had a two-night stay here with my wife. Our room was very nice, roomy, comfortable, and clean. We felt safe walking around the area. Lots of places to eat nearby, and it's an easy 30-minute walk across the blue bridge into downtown Cincinnati. We plan to come back and stay longer. '

'The Symphony Hotel is a few minutes’ walk from various arts venues, and its musical ambiance—classical in theme, live jazz in the evenings—sets the tone perfectly for those in town for a concert or play or exhibit. 'Second time at the Pickle Factory one year apart. Excellent hotel and stayed in the themed Cigars & Bourbon room again. Location is great as you’re close to downtown Cincinnati but not in the middle of chaos. It is an Airbnb setup so check-in time is 4PM and the earliest you can enter is 3:30PM. Before that, parking was not available. Overall an excellent, room, hotel, and location. '

'I forgot to get the invoice and called them in few hours to email it. I was transferred to another centre where it was so difficult speak with a rep. Don’t understand why this was a difficult task for the rep I spoke with at the hotel. It literally took 20 minutes on the phone back and forth. '
'Overall, I was quite happy with my stay. The location was great for access to the riverfront park which was very nice to stroll along in the evening. My only nits were that it was a pretty good walk to get to any restaurants, the closest grocery store was nearly a mile away and the bed frame squeaked every time I rolled over. On the other hand, if you wanted to go to a Reds game you’re right next door. '
