'Een heerlijke kamer met balkon en uitzicht op de bergen. Alles schoon en comfortabel zowel badkamer als bed. Ontbijt was prima. Het hotel heeft en heerlijk restaurant. Voor het hotel stop ieder half uur een gratis bus naar beneden. Vanuit hotel kun je al prachtige wandelingen maken. Als ik ooit weer in Arosa kom zal ik er zeker weer terug gaan.'

'Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Waldhotel Arosa und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und kompetent. Dass das Wohl des Gastes ihnen sehr wichtig ist, hat man seit dem ersten Kontakt direkt gemerkt. Der Wellness Bereich ist sehr modern und bietet viele Möglichkeiten sich optimal zu entspannen. Auch die Ruheräume sind mit sehr angenehmen Betten und Sesseln ausgestattet. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen. '

'Wonderful hospitality! This was a visit we won’t ever forget. The hotel is nestled into the side of a mountain in the Alps. The village below is picturesque. At the lodge we were given a tour of the owners memorabilia of his racehorse Justify who won the Triple Crown. Being huge Derby fans we really appreciated this. Dimitri was so good to us and really made this visit stand out. Great hotel and spa.'

'The hotel has been build recently. Investments were made in excellent materials and design. Real value for money, much better than many other hotels in the same price range that offer faded glory from the last century and dirt and dust that is probably just as old. In Sarain no moldy plastic shower curtain or a cabin that is much too cramped, but a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower of good dimensions.'
