'I didn't realize until we arrived that the only way to access the hotel is by a funicular ride. It leaves every 30 minutes and was very efficient. It just would have saved some time finding the hotel had we known where to access the funicular.'

'We had a very good vacation in this hotel with our one year old girl. While there are always small things to comment on, they have really gone the extra mile to make it a memorable stay. A couple of things to highlight: great facilities, close neighbourhood to restaurants and the high level of service. The fact that it’s a bit more far to the slopes is not a problem at all with their shuttle. '

'Had a poor experience here. Was told to move my motorcycle from the hotel parking lot because the manager wanted to reserve it for a more distinguished guest. I was shown an area in a side street by some dumpsters. I refused and staff went back and forth with themselves for a while. Additionally they tried to charge me for parking even though they advertise free parking on premises. I checked out a day early because I didn’t feel welcome and didn’t like the place '
