Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture…

I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff. '

'We were a group of 2 families consisting of 2 adults and 2 children. We were given rooms next to each other on level 2 which was perfect. No need to get in the lifts in the morning to get to the slopes. The room had everything we needed and had much more space than I thought we would get. The beds and sofa bed was comfortable as were the pillow. We never used any of the facilities on site so can't comment on those but thought the location for us was great having a children in ski school in the...
'It was ok but expensive for what we got.We were told they were no towels as the hotel was full! There’s no room cleaning. Make your beds on arrive. Strip them and fully clean the room when you leave. And the lady in rebel ski hire was vile we had 2 children first pair of boots were to small she wasn’t happy about changing them probably the wrong time of the month not the experience would expect in a hire shop. Nice little supermarket on site and friendly lady.'

Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyé, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe...
'Le ménage n était pas fait à notre arrivée, l appartement sentait extrêmement fort la cigarette, l'immeuble est en travaux à cause des gardes corps trop fragiles, il est donc interdit de sortir sur la terrasse.
Il nous a été impossible d'imaginer rester dans cet appartement mais comme l hôtelier nous a assuré que le ménage avait été fait, ils refusent de nous rembourser. Nous avons pris une vingtaine de photos tres explicites pourtant. Location a fuir, l hotelier est un escroc. '
'Took this just to have a place next to a worksite. Very bad management and wrongful advertisement. Place was full of hair on the floor, extremely dirty, smelly, with a bed that looks used and not changed.
Be careful! This same agency have other “studio to be booked” in the region. All look like scam.
Didn’t stay more than 5 minutes. Requested a reimbursement the next minute I left with picture attached. Shamelessly saying I can’t have any reimbursement 5 days later…

'Disappointing
I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...
