Welcome to Les Farinettes, a spacious vacation home that can accommodate up to 10 people in the heart of the Champagne vineyards. Set in a quiet, lush green setting, the cottage is the perfect base for exploring the Côte des Bar, the village of Les Riceys, and the rolling landscapes of southern Champagne. After a day exploring the region, enjoy the hot tub, the garden, and the comfortable living areas to share quality time with family or friends (covered patio with a grill, pétanque court, ping-pong table, foosball table, and a fireplace for cooler weather).In the village, you’ll have the opportunity to sample products from local producers: goat cheese, poultry, and duck foie gras. The “Les Farinettes” cottage is particularly popular for wine-tasting getaways, group weekends, family reunions, and vacations—just a few hours from Belgium, for example. On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy living area with an open-concept kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge by the fireplace, as well as a double bedroom, a bathroom (shower stall, sink, bidet), a separate toilet, and a laundry room. Upstairs: you’ll have access to a relaxation/reading/remote work area on the mezzanine, two double bedrooms, a four-person bedroom (four single beds, two of which can be pushed together to form a double bed), and a bathroom (bathtub, sink, and toilet). Outside, you’ll enjoy a large covered terrace with a barbecue, outdoor furniture, a lounge area, lounge chairs, a swing, and a hot tub (for an additional fee and by reservation). The fenced-in property has space to park 4 vehicles. In the garage, enjoy the foosball table and ping-pong table year-round. Heating and electricity are included within the limits of normal usage (meter readings taken upon arrival and departure from October through April)—firewood for the fireplace is provided free of charge. The beds will be made upon arrival.
