'Perfect stay'

'Friendly personel, great room. Always clean. Good airco, tv, bathroom. Interesting neighnourhood too'

'Only one elevator dedicated to the hotel rooms, the other 3 was for the residences. No refrigerator in the room. No onsite bar or restaurant. The small lobby was crowded every morning due to people waiting for their rides.'

'Rommelige omgeving. Wel service gericht personeel.'

'Sleep factory, atmosphereles. Room small, bed ok.'

'Staff is friendly and I have stayed here before but this visit was disappointing. They booked me in a room near the service elevators with staff making all kinds of noise and there is no hot water. I called for room service for hours but nobody answers the phone. My last day upon check out I inquired at the reataurant why no one answered for room service. Their reply was that I needed to press 6 from my room phone but in my room the phone is clearly marked 4 for room service. Anyways their...

'Great staff, good breakfast, clean room but needs a little renovation.'

'Summary: Not satisfied Rooms are clean and up to date. Location in Manila is good. However, don't expect availability of the free parking. Not able to connect to the wifi. There is no hot water in the rooms. Staff of room service will blaim their mistakes on the customer and charge wrong. Many flaws for a visit of one night only. '

'Everything went good and the staff was excellent'

'The area was nice and very accessible to the embassy and other agencies. The only problem was that the moment we entered the room, we were greeted by many cockroaches. The floor and walls had some cracks, and some parts of the floor were open to the other room, which I thought was where the cockroaches came from — they just crossed borders.'
