Wir freuen uns sehr, dass unsere Gäste ihren Aufenthalt genossen haben und sind bestürzt darüber, dass das Verkehrsaufkommen störend war. Das Verkehrsaufkommen war aufgrund der Hauptferienzeit im Vereinigten Königreich höher als normal, wurde jedoch durch zwei tödliche Verkehrsunfälle am 28. Juli auf der A82 und auf der A83 verschlimmert, die an diesem Tag zu Verkehrsstörungen führten. Wir hoffen, dass unsere Gäste in Zukunft nach Schottland zurückkehren werden

We should like to thank the Kennedy family for their kind review. The suggestion of blackout blinds in the rear bedrooms is a great idea and we will install as soon as possible. In regard to the stairs we are dismayed to hear of Brian's near miss and very glad he was not injured. We are very conscious that the stair treads in common with many older cottages are very narrow however we found that carpet actually reduced the tread area which is why we opted for solid wood instead. We will make a point of warning future guests of the need to take care.
