Perfect voor grote familie Get aways of uw schitterende Ranch Style Wedding.

Geniet van een rustige koppels uitje, of het weekend door te brengen met de hele familie in ons huis. Het pand is omgeven door bomen voor volledige privacy en is voorzien van een 3-holes golfbaan (met een longest drive op ongeveer 110 yards), een groot terras en een tweede verhaal balkon. Er is ook een tweede oprit met ruimte voor r. v. of twee en een houtskoolgrill voor een ontspannen avond bbq.

De master bedroom is voorzien van een Cal-King bed, een grote t. v. een grote douche en een bubbelbad. Twee van de slaapkamers hebben een eigen badkamer / douche en twee slaapkamers delen een Jack & Jill badkamer met een bad en douche. Boven zijn er 2 Cal-King bedden en 4 full-size bedden, met een extra Queen luchtbed beschikbaar voor grotere groepen. Alle 8 bedden beschikbaar hebben lakens dekens en dekbedden en alle, maar een van de slaapkamers hebben een walk-in closets beschikbaar. We hebben nu de kabel met DVR naast de standaard dvd / blue ray-speler, en Wi-Fi is inbegrepen.

We zijn langzaam maar consequent inrichten dus kom regelmatig terug voor nieuwe foto's!

We zijn gelegen op slechts 3. 5 mijl van het dorp Arroyo Grande met veel leuke winkels, restaurants en wijnproeverijen kamers. Vergeet niet de Arroyo Grande Farmer's Market elke zaterdag van 12:00 uur tot 02:30.
We zijn gelegen op 7 mijl van 7 wereldklasse wijnhuizen: Talley, Laetitia, Wolff, Tangent, Edna Valley, Chamisal, Tolosa, etc.
We zijn gelegen op slechts 6 mijl van Lopez Lake en 6 mijl van Pismo Beach. Lopez Lake heeft glijbanen voor de kinderen en vissen en natuurlijk varen.

We laten checken in om zo vroeg 08:00 en check out om zo laat 05:00 zijn. Als een andere groep eindigt inchecken / out op dezelfde dag dat je check out / in, check-in zal worden op 3:00 of kassa om 11 uur. Het is ongebruikelijk, maar als het gebeurt, zal van tevoren worden gegeven.

HUGE backyard, large house, would stay here again 8/10

We (10 adults) had an overall good stay, but there were a few issues that prevented us from giving a 5-star review. We were sent the wrong entry code for the property and had to call the host (and also messaged her through vrbo) and wait for her to call us back to give us the correct code to check in. Additionally, the Wi-Fi password provided was incorrect, which was another inconvenience. We were also disappointed to find that not everything pictured in the listing was available. For instance, we were really looking forward to using the poker table, but it wasn’t there as shown in the photos. It was advertised as parking including the garage, but the garage was full as storage. A plus, the house does have both a gas bbq and a charcoal bbq, and bedroom #3 did additionally have a twin (no futon with coffee table, as pictured). We also appreciated the brita water pitcher that was provided.Finally, we did not receive responses to two questions we messaged to the host the first and second days which left us a bit uncertain about some details.Despite these challenges, the house itself was nice and the location worked well for our needs. We hope these issues are addressed for future guests, but overall, it was a pleasant experience and we would stay here again.

Christmas 2024 - Breathtaking and Beautiful Property

This property with 5 bedrooms and 6 baths was perfect for our family (there were 10 of us this year plus 2 dogs)! We go away each Christmas to a VRBO home and this one did not disappoint. While the furnishings are a bit dated, the home and grounds are beautiful! The kitchen and bathroom were clean and clean matters to us!

Family Get Together

The house is gorgous and the backyard amazing. We came up with our daughter/son in law and four grand kids to visit famiy who live in Nipomo. This house fit our needs perfectly. The rooms are large and beds are very comfortable. We didn’t do a lot of cooking in the amazing kitchen (breakfast only) as we ate dinner one night in Arroyo Grande downtown. What a cute area!!! I wish I could have spent more time there. We ended up purchasing tamales locally for our second dinner which were amazing. The backyard has a patio which was the perfect location for us to enjoy some charcuteerie for luch while watching the little ones (1 1/2, 3, 4 and 6) run around and play ball. A wonderful weekend was had by all and I hope to rent this house again sometime soon. Thanks so much to the property manager which made the trip seamless.

Husbands 30th Birthday

Family Weekend

Family members gathered from Northern and Southern California for a celebration weekend. Home description was accurate and the reservation process and check in were trouble-free. Manager's answer to our messages was prompt. The home is well maintained, very clean, and quite spacious, but the best part for us was sitting on the porch overlooking the large, beautiful garden. The house feels somewhat isolated (which we liked) and we had total privacy. On another note, we were impressed by the wine selection at JJ's Market & Deli and the pizzas from Palo Mesa. Both businesses are within a 3 minute drive.

Bella’s wedding weekend

Absolutely perfect. Everyone in our party had a fantastic weekend. Everyone loved the home. It’s huge, clean, will stocked, very comfortable. Absolutely beautiful grounds. Great quiet neighborhood. I’m over the top happy that we found this home and it worked for our dates. I would recommend this home to anyone. Also, we didn’t have a wedding at the home but the home holds weddings at the venue and it would be spectacular. Anyway, this home get a 20 not 10.

Room for Everybody

Our very active family of 14 gathered for a long weekend to celebrate Pa's 75th birthday. Three generations of 8 adults and 6 kids, ranging in age from 2 to 75, could not have picked a better place. The house has a tremendous amount of living space, with a big kitchen and dining area, separate rooms for playing pool, watching football games, or just relaxing in the living room, and all of the rooms flow together beautifully. Bedrooms are very large and there are plenty of bathrooms for all. The outside grounds are magnificent, with a huge grass backyard for outside play. At one time our group had 2 frisbee games and a lawn dart game going on and there was plenty of room for more. This was a perfect vacation house for us and I would highly recommend it. Our family had a blast!

Family Getaway

House was in a great secluded spot for a family getaway. The grounds of the property were amazing. Plenty of outdoor space for the kids to play outdoors and people to explore the neigborhood. Comfortable and Nice Stay

The house was very comfortable for 4 separate households of 8 adults. The shower (good water pressure) and toilet worked great, and the kitchen was a great place to congregate. For the kitchen, more dish towels and cleaner pans would have enhanced the set up. The pans were very sticky with old oil and didn't look all that clean. The pots were fine. Overall, we recommend the place and stay there again. Thank you.

Great Family Location

The property is the perfect size for our family. This is the 3rd year in a row we have vacationed here with our kids and grandkids. The only drawback was that the Master Bedroom TV did not work, which left only 1 TV for 10 different tastes.

Huge house with Beautiful grounds

We had a great stay for a weekend family reunion with four families, a total of six adults and seven kids ranging from 7 to 17 staying in the house and two more adults in an RV in the driveway. The bedrooms are all huge so there is plenty of space for people to spread out and to put use the air mattresses when needed. The grounds are amazingly green and lush and there are birds everywhere.

Great Experience

My family and dogs really like this property, and we are repeat visitors. Great privacy in a park like setting - yet you are close enough to town to enjoy some good restaurants and events. Grounds are beautiful and house is roomy with a great kitchen. We will be back!

Large, well-equipped, comfortable property perfect for groups!

Great place - the rooms and living rooms are enormous so great for large groups to do activities together but also enough space to have 'alone time'. The kitchen is very well equipped (except for a kettle) and we cooked lots and never felt like we were missing anything (the pantry has a lot of spices, which we used and added stuff we brought as well). Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Sheets and towels were of good quality. A very large back yard - perfect for kids to run around (we had 5 of them). There was a Christmas tree in the main living room that added to the festive atmosphere. The garage key code and the WIFI password we were given and the WIFI password so that gave us a fright but luckily we were able to contact Martha to fix that (so keep Martha's number handy). We had a major issue with plumbing on our final day but called Martha again to handle that.
