You'll get the breathtaking views of the sun rising, the warmth of the sky after the sun sets and soothing sound of waves crashing in the background. Nearby you have the town of Arroyo and Patillas, there are grocery stores, restaurants, and bars. Fun fact, Arroyo is the first place Samuel Morse used morse code in Latin America.

Check-out is at 11 am to ensure we are ready for the next guest. We kindly request that you try not to exceed the check-out time, as staying longer generates additional charges in the lodging and makes it difficult to prepare for our next reservation. There is a charge for each hour of delay in leaving the property, and this value is set directly by the administration. 🕚👜💼
