'Can someone explain to how 3-Star hotel runs out of toilet paper!!! You got to be kidding me. Who ever is in charge of managing your inventory should be fired!!! There is no reason that you can justify this happening. Staff had poor customer service. The room dispenser was out of lotion, came with only one roll of toilet paper, one set of clean towels, and only does room service every other day. Not daily. So the next day you have to call the front desk to let them know what you need for your...

'Het hotel staat aan een lawaaierige weg. Het hotel is oud en in middelmatige staat van onderhoud.Er draaien s'nachts grote vrachtwagens op ons terrein, vlak voor de deur. De badkamer is oud, niet vies ,maar wel aangekoekt in de badkuip. Intercontinentaal breakfast is een getoaste boterham met jam, koffie en aangelengde jus d'orange.Dit ontbijt nuttig je in een klein hokje wat receptie heet. Dit hotel is niet aan te bevelen,tenzij je budget wil reizen en het hotel gebuikt op doorreis.'

'The hotel is clean and safe. Being a female and traveling alone, I felt safe at this hotel. The pool and morning breakfasts were well appreciated as I visited my mom at the ICU at a local hospital. The warm chocolate chip cookies in the evening were comforting from a long day at the hospital.'

'The room was clean however beds were very uncomfortable with my husband and I ended up with terrible backaches, AC doesn’t work well, no phone line in my room. The staff was very nice. They offered me another room and a fan but all of the rooms have the same beds and old AC system. We booked for 4 nights I left at after 3. No reimbursement or future credit was offered. Due to the backaches we asked for a future night stay instead. Therefore, we were very disappointed. '

'The room was dirty. Very dirty! The bathroom looked as if it had never been cleaned. The toilet did not work. There were no towels. Staff was not helpful. The place was very loud with dogs barking in the middle of the night. Do not recommend unless you want to get tetanus.'
