'No coffee available in room. The urn at the front desk served coffee for limited time only and it was lukewarm at best. One young lady seating guests in morning shift at restaurant was less than friendly. when I mentioned the coffee was cold from urn at front desk, she instructed me to buy a cup in the restaurant. The first room did have issues like the fridge not working. They were quick and helpful to change rooms but each room had its faults. 'It was a challenge getting into the hotel entrance. There is a small restaurant right next to the hotel that is packed every night except Monday because they are closed. Driving through the maze of cars that are looking for a parking spot was a pain. Thankfully they are not allowed to park in the hotel parking spaces. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The indoor pool was well kept and stocked with towels. '

'The location is great. The hotel is beautiful and very quiet. The staff, with the exception of the staff of the restaurant located downstairs, is amazing! Everyone from the team greeting you and opening the doors for you when you arrive to the team checking you in, are so attentive and friendly. 'Upon check-in, Joshua went well above and beyond my expectations to accommodate my requests. That is the epitome of customer service. I would rate cleanliness at 5, however there was a long brown hair stuck to the back of the bathroom door so long that it startled me. The facility obviously is old. I wouldn't say in disrepair because you can see that it's maintained, but I'll say age deteriorating. The facility is 3 Star rated, however it's a solid 2.5. 'We were not able to check in at 4 pm. The staff said it would take up to an hour to clean the room. They told us they would text us when the room was ready and they never did. We had to go back to the front desk and were then told that the room had been ready. After we checked into the room, the bathtub had hair in it and did not appear to have been clean. As for toiletries, the only think in the room was a bar of soap and hand lotion. Disappointing for a Marriot property'
