'Friendly staff. Clean room.'

'Not listening to customers . '

'Was an excellent stay '

'We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this hotel. The location is very poor, situated in a congested and densely packed area, which made access difficult and unpleasant. The rooms were old, poorly maintained, and had a strong, unpleasant odor. To make things worse, there was a lizard roaming around in the bathroom, which was quite disturbing. 'Worst property ever. I have medical emergency (death) in my family and I had to check out the hotel within one hour of check-in and I requested them to take the penalty charges and refund me atleast some amount as I booked two rooms, but all in vail they don't have humanity and not even a penny was refunded. Also the property was pathetic unhygenic and worst property ever. Please never trust and do booking from treebo and specially Expedia....really poor'

'Good. Experience in the property'

The room phone does not work, so there is no way to call for room service or housekeeping. The bloke who advised us against masks did give us his cell number to call, except that it was in the back pocket...
