The location is fabulous; we’re in a quiet residential neighborhood just 160 meters from La Conia Beach, an area with all the main amenities: bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, and supermarkets.



The accommodation consists of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a spacious terrace with a sea view, furnished with a table and chairs.

ESummer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
