Spacious and bright apartment with patio located in the central area of Porto Cervo.



The apartment is located on the ground floor, and consists of a patio equipped with a large table where you can enjoy summer lunches and dinners. The entrance of the house leads to the living area equipped with a sofa and TV; the American-style kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher and espresso machine. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with 3 single beds. Completing the layout of the house are two bathrooms both with shower stalls and one of the two ensuite.



Guests are provided with amenities such as a washing machine, wi-fi connection, air conditioning, and iron.

Porto Cervo, the unquestioned capital of Costa Smeralda, is an exclusive seaside village built around an inlet that resembles a deer and has become the kingdom of luxury holidays.
