The location is fabulous; we’re in a quiet residential neighborhood just 600 meters from La Sciumara Beach, an area with all the main amenities: bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, and supermarkets.



The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a patio furnished with a table and chairs.

- BATHROOM with shower, bidet, and toilet;

- PATIO with chairs and a small table.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hair dryer, air conditioning and heating via split A/C unit only (bedroom).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
