Ideally located, it promises an unforgettable stay in the heart of Brittany, at the tip of the Rhuys peninsula in the picturesque hamlet of Kerners. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet, hiking trails with views of the Gulf's islands, a cruise on the Gulf or a crossing to the islands thanks to the slipway just a few hundred meters from the house, and take advantage of the activities and shops of the seaside resort of Arzon and the recently renovated Port du Crouesty. The house is part of a larger property; it is a renovated, semi-detached extension, but no one will be staying there during rental periods. You will have exclusive use of the entire terrace and garden, with complete privacy. Access to a small beach and a hiking trail is located at the bottom of the garden. Access is via a gate. The house comprises an entrance hall with an open-plan kitchen/living room with a sofa, dining table, and access to the terrace with a table and garden chairs. On the first floor, there is also a pantry and a shower room with a shower and toilet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with a view, and a large bathroom with a large shower and toilet. You have a large garden surrounding the house. The house is non-smoking. The end-of-stay cleaning fee is €120. Linen is not provided: it can be rented from the concierge. Please ask for rates. During the winter period (November to April), a heating fee will be charged on site: €15 for stays of less than 3 nights or €25 per week.
