Come and enjoy a rejuvenating holiday in this apartment for 5 adults and one child in Arzon. Ideally situated within the Kerjouanno ramparts estate, the accommodation is located between Kerjouanno and Fogeo beaches, where you can easily swim and try out water sports. However, don't forget to explore the beautiful region – stop to admire the Cairn of Petit Mont and its magnificent views over the bay, then head to the port to visit the surrounding islands (Île aux Moines, Île d'Arz, Houat, Hoedic or Belle-Île-en-Mer).

And what a joy to be able to admire the ocean from the moment you wake up and breathe in the sweet scent of sea spray. Here, you can start your days on the terrace with a good cup of coffee, then you need only open the gate and head down to the beach to fish or laze about on the warm sand.

The 54 m² accommodation is welcoming and its large bay window allows you to enjoy the blue of the ocean at any time. You will find a modern independent kitchen, very well equipped (induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle), then the dining area where you will enjoy sharing good meals, and finally a cosy lounge corner where you can relax in the evening watching a film on the television.

Once night falls, you will find 2 bedrooms in a row. The first, with its bunk bed featuring a single bed on top and 120cm on the bottom. It does not have a window to the outside, but benefits from an opening onto the lounge on the bay window side. The second bedroom with a double bed will be perfect for the parents.

In the evening, you can also unfold the sofa and find two additional beds.

To make your stay even more pleasant, the accommodation also has a bathroom, a toilet, a parking space, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a television and an enclosed garden (not secured) within the estate.
