Both apartments offer plenty of space for couples, families, or groups of friends and combine traditional coziness with modern comfort. Sunny balconies, bright living spaces, and thoughtful details create a temporary home where you can relax and recharge. Bed linens and towels are included, and a washer and dryer are available in the house for a fee. Out of consideration for other guests, pets are not allowed. Our spacious, lovingly furnished 75 m² Alpine-style vacation apartment spans the second floor and the attic, offering plenty of space for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy the rustic charm. On the second floor, you’ll find a cozy living area with warm wood accents, a pull-out sleeper sofa, flat-screen cable TV, and free Wi-Fi. The open kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, microwave, two-burner stovetop, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, inviting you to cook together and wind down the day in the inviting dining area. A separate guest restroom and the south/west-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the evening sun and the view over meadows and mountains, round out this floor. In the attic, a spacious bedroom for up to five people awaits you—featuring a double bed, a single bed, and two additional single beds in a cozy sleeping alcove that’s especially popular with children. The modern bathroom, featuring a shower, toilet, and skylight, provides plenty of light and a sense of well-being, while another balcony offers a view of the natural surroundings. The entire apartment features hardwood floors, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. Bed linens and towels are included. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building for a fee. Please note that pets are not allowed.

The Kampenwand Cable Car, the Hohenaschau Festival Hall, the falconry, and the castle itself are all nearby—perfect destinations for excursions, nature experiences, and cultural discoveries. The spa gardens and the town center of Aschau im Chiemgau, with its shopping options, are just a ten-minute walk away. Various restaurants and the bus stop are also just a few minutes’ walk away, allowing you to plan your vacation comfortably and flexibly.
