Downtown Convience met een prachtig uitzicht en stijlvol design

Romantisch uitje met een designer oog in het achterhoofd, bedachtzaam gedaan, 1951 naar huis met 748 vierkante voet, oktober 2015 werd het volledig gerenoveerd, compacte, volledig gemeubileerd en efficiënt voor een paar nachten verblijf of een paar maanden of een jaar, een geweldig uitzicht westelijke bergen en uitzicht op de winter, 15 minuten lopen naar beneden naar de obelisk en Pack Park en het centrum, LG gasvuur, Mitsubishi centrale verwarming en lucht, LG HDTV, Internet, tempurpedic queen matras en elektrische Serta afstand bedienbare loungen bedframe, op korte termijn en seizoensgebonden verhuur beschikbaar is, op maat kast in de slaapkamer, stapelbare LG wasmachine en droger, verwarmde handdoek bar, inloopdouche, zak deur tussen douche / wastafel en wastafel / toilet voor de gasten gebruik maken van half / full bad optie te maken, niet op straat parkeren voor maximaal 4 auto's, vlakbij de toegang tot de Interstate 240 en wandelen en de stad in handen wandelpaden langs de nok van Beaucatcher Mountain waar zij gevestigd is op korte loopafstand van het huis. In de grote zaal achter de Marokkaanse scherm is nog een slaapruimte voor een extra gast met een mooie, grote, koperen bed en zeer comfortabele matras met toplaag. Dit huis heeft vele mogelijkheden en de veelzijdigheid vanwege zijn luxe, loft stijl gevoel en de geografische ligging aan Beaucatcher Mountain. Met toegang tot Asheville natuurlijke schoonheid en op loopafstand van entertainment en restaurants downtown's maakt dit een ideale weg te komen. Een aangepaste massage met onderdak is een optie en kan worden onderhandeld met de eigenaar / NC LMT.

Bittersweet review

My wife and I stayed over the Valentines weekend and I could not say enough great things about this property. The check-in process and communication to begin the stay way so easy and accommodating. The he property itself was fantastic. The design of the interior was just the vibe my wife and I needed as we came to Asheville for three days of music and fun. After enjoying everything downtown Asheville had to give, it was great to return to this peaceful perch on the hillside where we could relax and take in some beautiful sunrises and sets.I labeled this review as bittersweet as I love this property and would like to make it my regular mountain getaway but I know these great reviews (which the property and management deserve) will have everyone waiting to stay here. If you are on the fence or are between two properties for your Asheville stay just choose this place as you will not be disappointed.

I had a delightful stay in beautiful, Asheville. Ellis was the perfect host who I think of as a friend. The neighborhood was friendly and walkable to downtown Asheville. The house is beautifully decorated with loving care. The kitchen fully equipped. I could not have imagined a more hospitable stay.

So, without further ado... This place is everything the previous reviews spoke of and more. Ellis is as warm and welcoming as anyone could ask for. You'll have every amenity your home has and won't miss a thing while in the comfort of Peaceful Perch. Besides the comforts of this well appointed home and stylish decor, you'll get even more excited about its amazing proximity to the buzz of downtown Asheville and the views from Beaucatcher Heights... all within walking distance of Peaceful Perch. Enjoy Peaceful Perch, We did! PROS: "Ellis" A Great resource for everything Asheville and Beyond! Perfect place for Couples Cooking w/Full Kitchen Washer & Dryer Two Queen Beds (just in case you end up disagreeing one evening with your partner) HD 50" LG SMART TV (No Cable but if you have a personal account... Netflix & Amazon Prime!) Internet: 30 Mbs download 5 Mbs upload Well Designed Living Space & Decor CONS: None, other than my opinion... I forget how this home is marketed with regard to quantity of occupancy and Ellis can correct me if I'm misinforming... Perfect Perch

My first visit to Asheville was made all the more perfect by having this unique little hide-a-way as my home base. Nestled up in the hills, but very close to downtown I was able to relax outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown life but was also a quick five minute drive or twenty minute walk from all the fine restaurants and the pin ball museum. Ellis was a very attentive host and checked in to make sure everything was going well during my stay.

Peaceful Perch is truly a special nest in a magical city! Ellis has created a space that greets everyone with comfort, warmth and appreciation with his attention to detail & design. This house made for a fantastic getaway to Asheville. The house is beautifully updated and the owner was very attentive and responsive to any questions we had. It is a great location very close to downtown but in a quite neighborhood with parking. Cozy, clean, and quaint bungalow home close to town!

My husband and I decided to rent this home vs. the typical hotel stay for our 12th Wedding Anniversary. We are so glad we did! It was our first time in Asheville and it was just perfect. The inside is immaculate and you will have no problem figuring out where things are or how to work things. The owner has everything labeled and makes it so easy for you. The kitchen in particular was gorgeous. We would highly recommend this home for a couple who wants a quiet get a way with an easy walk to town. Ellis, the owner, gave us restaurant recommendations and was so easy to work with. He definitely takes pride in his rental home! Don't miss out on this 5 star cozy get a way!
