The Cottage of Color wacht op u in een rustige omgeving op een 26 hectare grote boerderij waar u kunt rusten, ontspannen en genieten van de majestueuze schoonheid van de bergen net buiten de voordeur. Bezoek ook Asheville, Biltmore Estate, Hendersonville, Black Mountain en ervaar alle activiteiten en landschappen die Western North Carolina te bieden heeft. Kook lunch in de onlangs gerenoveerde keuken, zwaai in de hangmat op de achterporch, kijk hoe de vuurvliegjes de weiden oplichten, of geniet gewoon van de wifi en kabel die bij uw verblijf zijn inbegrepen.
Verwen uzelf in de privacy van deze volledig ingerichte cottage met 2 slaapkamers en 1 badkamer met een woonoppervlak van 1000 m². Top of the line koning en koningin bedden wachten op u verpakt in fijn linnen. Voel je vrij om iets op de BBQ-grill te gooien, profiteer van je volledig uitgeruste keuken voor die huisgemaakte maaltijden of neem een rit van 10 minuten naar de vele restaurants in de omgeving. Uw keuken is voorzien van een koelkast met ijsblokjesmachine, elektrische kookplaat met oven, vaatwasser, magnetron, Keurig-koffiepot, broodrooster, mixer en alle kookgerei die u nodig hebt om uw maaltijden te voltooien.
Als het koud wordt, kun je de gashaard aanzetten en je voeten verwarmen. Breng die fietsen mee en rijd over de aangrenzende weg om rustig te rijden. De kinderen zullen genieten van de grote tuin, en mogelijk de kans om de bewoners geiten en koeien te aaien. Kom 's morgens vroeg of' s avonds laat naar buiten en grijp de kans om een van de vele boerderijdieren met de fles groot te brengen. Voel je vrij om ons je one-stop-shop te laten zijn. Bij aankomst kunnen we uw koelkast vol hebben met alles wat u nodig heeft voor uw reis. Mocht u een oppas nodig hebben, dan hebben wij gelicentieerde sitters te huur via een lokale oppasruil. Misschien is het een speciale gelegenheid - we zijn hier om het gedenkwaardig te maken. Geen verzoek is te groot of klein. We kijken ernaar uit om uw cottage te zijn om te bezoeken en maken herinneringen voor de komende jaren.

Beautiful views

Great stay at this little cottage. We stayed with my daughter and 2 of her friends and our 2 dogs. Very clean house and a great place to rest at night after all our adventures in the surrounding mountains. Very close to Asheville for some fantastic dinner options. We will be going back.

Go see for yourself!

This house is beautiful. Yes, there’s only one bathroom so I wouldn’t go with a large group of people. However, this was the perfect spot for our honeymoon. You sit on the porch and there’s quiet. The views are amazing. The interior is extremely well done and the house was very clean. It’s a great place.

Perfect place to stay!

I hate it’s taken me so long to leave a review, life has been BUSY!! We stayed here for Easter weekend (2023), and it was perfect!! Our 12 year old loved the space we had for him to run around, even though it was freezing and pouring, he STILL made it outside like any boy would do! The home itself is so cute and perfectly decorated. The size was perfect for us and all the included things made it so easy to settle in with no worries. It’s just a short BEAUTIFUL drive from downtown Asheville, perfectly settled away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. This will DEFINITELY be our place to stay during any of our Asheville trips! Oh, and I must add, the owner was able to work it out to where we could check in just a little earlier, which was a life saver. It was POURING when we arrive is Asheville (that really is an understatement) and the owner was able to work it out to where we could check in a little early! I was and am so appreciative of that. You don’t need to look any further, THIS IS YOIR PLACE TO STAY!!!

Great place

I love this cabin, clean and comfy. The drive up the mountain was fun and scary at the same time. We had Thanksgiving dinner in the cabin and I did bring some cookware with me thinking supply may be limited for a big meal. I’m glad I did that but there is enough if you’re not making a lot of side. Would love to go back in the winter!

Perfect country home with easy access to town

Experience Asheville

My husband, daughter and I came for a Christmas getaway and tour of the Biltmore and the Asheville area. This is a small place but nicely decorated and has everything you need. It was a little weird to be away for Christmas and we probably won’t do it again, but the tour of the Biltmore at Christmas was magical. The rest of the area is very nice and so unusually warm that we were really able to walk and explore downtown. We also were able to spend a lot of time on the nice deck at this home, which is quite spacious and comfortable - very unusual for late Dec! It’s always fun to check out a new city with the comforts of home.

Very nice clean place,very quiet and close to all activities In Asheville.

It’s was great, the owner of the property needs to be aware of the entrance steps. It’s painted cement and they get very slippery when wet. My wife slipped on them and sprained her wrist. Maybe they should put non skid strips on them. I too slipped on them even after being aware they were wet and walking carefully.

The perfect getaway

My wife and I and our two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels spent a week at the Cottage of Color. The wide open pasture was the perfect playground for the pups and we all loved visiting with the goats and cows. Spectacular location and views and the accommodations were first class. We will definitely be back.

Quite retreat

Beautiful house with gorgeous view of Asheville. The house was very clean with all the amenities you need. Bonus was the adorable cows and goats on the property. With a quick drive to Asheville it is an ideal place to stay.
