HORRIFIC & HEALTH HAZARD! To start, credit card was authorized for a higher amount than when booked through Expedia, not including the incidentals charge which was a separate charge. Stayed 4 nights, with 3 room changes. First room, no hot water at all. Second room, the AC wasn’t working & maintenance refused to come fix it until the next day. Our room was hot, humid & smelly. The furniture, sheets, towels & all our clothes were damp, wet & beginning to smell. We had to sleep in this unhealthy condition because the hotel was booked & couldn’t give us a new room & maintenance never showed. After finally speaking with the “regional director of operations” who happened to be on property the next day, we got moved to a third room. This one was infested with flies. We stopped counting after we killed 23 of them. The “regional director of operations” advised he’d comp our stay for all the inconveniences when he moved us into the third room, but upon checkout not surprisingly he said that he never promised that. He immediately refused to listen to the report of the flies in the new room, or even acknowledge there were any problems with our experience at all. He was rude, aggressive, combative & unprofessional with his raised voice & theatrics storming around the front desk. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! It is literally a health hazard & the person who says he’s in charge refuses to do anything about it, or compensate people for the disgusting experience.
