My review was based on one incident that i thought should have been handled in a completely different manner. The blood on a set of sheets left for my housekeeper to find rather than a simple phone call to me to tell me about the situation which they knew. You took very good care of the house, the house was left in perfect shape. Guest were very respectful but leaving blood on a sheet from a cut could’ve been handled very differently. This was the reason i did not give you a five star review. I will have an answer for you about replacing the set of sheets that have been ruined . I strongly feel that if your sister knew she had a cut on her before going to bed and maybe putting on Band-Aids, or a long sleeve shirt, or knowing that she was bleeding and maybe washing the sheets to try to get the blood out would’ve had a different outcome. Rather than you telling me she knew she was bleeding and she use peroxide to try to get the stains out while they were on the bed? And your house rules on my rating you should’ve been at five rather than four but your communication should’ve been a three or four rather than a five. You should have notified me when you knew there was blood on the bedsheets to see what approach could’ve been taken at that time.
