Na een dag in de stad, een bezoek aan het Biltmore, of op pad, kunt u zich comfortabel voelen en zich verspreiden in ons schone, ruime huis. Bekijk het 35-mijls zonsondergangoverzicht vanaf een van uw privédekken. Als u 's nachts terugkeert uit de scène van het restaurant van Asheville, kijkt u uit over de fonkelende stadslichten! We bevinden ons op een goed geasfalteerde weg, op slechts vier minuten van een afslag Blue Ridge Parkway, acht minuten van de ingang van Biltmore en acht minuten rechtdoor de I-240 naar het stadscentrum, we zijn net zo handig op een bergtop als u ' Ik zal het overal vinden. Het duurt langer om naar het centrum te parkeren dan om er te rijden.

Met 3300 vierkante voet bieden wij royale ruimtes voor het verzamelen met uw vrienden of familie. De oprijlaan is vlak met voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Alle drie de slaapkamers met uitzicht op de bergen hebben kingsize bedden, elk heeft zijn eigen complete badkamer en elk heeft zijn eigen terras of stenen terras met uitzicht op de zonsondergangzijde. De drie koningen bieden volledige comfort voor zes personen. Een full-size Futon en een full-size slaapbank zijn ook in het huis. Voor kleine kinderen zijn er twee Pack n 'Plays en een kinderstoel in de kast voor hen klaar. Naast de keuken / eetkamer kant is er nog een groot dek met een tafel, parasol en stoelen Gas Grill en Lounge stoelen. Een tweede tafel en stoelen staan onder een overdekt gedeelte ook op het dek.

De volledig uitgeruste keuken is onlangs bijgewerkt met nieuwe kasten, quartz-aanrechtbladen, roestvrijstalen apparaten, een drip en een Keurig-koffiezetapparaat. We hebben 5G gratis WiFi, handvestkabel, Netflix op de LG 3D Smart TV. Het huis heeft een open haard op gas in de eetzaal en een open haard op hout met hout voor een beetje romantiek of gewoon wat extra gezelligheid in de lagere familie.

Als u in de stemming bent voor wat ontspanning, zijn we direct naast de Shoji Japanese Spa gevestigd. Hoewel we geen deel uitmaken van de spa, is het gemakkelijk om een hot tub of een massage te boeken. Je kunt zelfs met je badjas de heuvel afdalen als je wilt.

We loved our stay at this wonderful house. The owners have literally thought of everything!!! We stayed for about 3 weeks and had everything we needed. Love the proximity to downtown. The house is really nice and has an amazing view. Couldn’t ask for better hosts! Richard and Peggy are the best. Thanks for sharing your home with us. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time as always. We’ve rented this house on several occasions and it’s always been very clean and the views are wonderful from the back deck. It’s nice to be close to Asheville and Black Mountain but it’s a very peaceful setting up on the hill.

Our family (6 adults and one toddler) had a wonderful time at this property. The experience of working with the host and the property itself were both awesome. The home was comfortable and well-stocked with all our needs anticipated. Having 3 king beds with baths was perfect for our 3 couples. While the road access was a bit steep and narrow, all our vehicles navigated it just fine. The views from the west-facing deck, particularly sunsets, were gorgeous. The deck was the perfect place for morning coffee and had plenty of chairs. The pinball machine was a hit with all the adults (just bring a bunch of quarters with you). The common areas had great seating and facilitated great interaction. The home had easy access to town, Biltmore, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The hosts have provided lots of material and suggestions for area activities. All 6 of us agreed that it was the best VRBO experience we had ever had. Check-in and check-out was the easiest ever. We hope to be back!

Right after we saw the beautiful view, we noticed how clean the entire home was. We appreciated that. Located within 15 minutes or so from most Asheville locations. The last 1/10 mile is a bit steep and narrow but otherwise easy access. We had fun during our week. Suggest you bring some quarters as the pinball machine is addicting. Would definitely recommend.

The property was fantastic, just as advertised and as described in the many 5 star reviews. Richard and Margaret were probably the best hosts we ever had, were very responsive, polite and helpful. The location is perfect, about 15 minutes from downtown and from everywhere you'd want to go in Asheville. We would absolutely stay again, and would recommend for groups of all ages. We stayed with family, including a 1 year old and 3 year old, and the house had everything needed for kids. And what a view of the mountains.

My siblings and I stayed here. It was a marvelous home with a beautiful view. It was spacious and, a fully equipped kitchen for those who want to cook. It was close to every thing. The host did a fantastic job leaving notes about the house, restaurants, etc. I would have liked to stay longer and hope to stay there again.

We absolutely loved this home. We had 3 couples, long time friends who like to take a yearly trip together. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything needed! I have never stayed in a property so fully equipped! The views from the deck were so beautiful and we enjoyed our happy hour sunsets! The table was big and just right for both dining and playing games. The beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed Asheville city, the Biltmore and hiking, all a short drive from the house. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and I thank them for making our stay so wonderful.

This was the perfect place for our family get together of 3 couples. 3 bedrooms with king size beds that were super comfortable and a private bath for each couple. Very clean and well appointed kitchen and baths. Incredible views and location was close to Asheville without sacrificing the feel of the beautiful mountains. We were able to Uber to Asheville with no problem. As a bonus, we really enjoyed the pinball machine reminding us of our college days! Thank you so much for providing the perfect place for a memorable weekend!

This was a bucket list trip! Very last minute! This property was a find and a surprise! I am not one to rent homes/cabins! My husband shared with me we should return yearly! Our family loved staying in this lovely home. The hosts were such gracious communicators, and the home was clean, organized, and just so cozy! Our three young children immediately felt at home, and as parents we had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms, etc. I would love to stay in this home again for a longer stay, and have already recommended it to family members. It is so pleasant to spend Christmas here with my family! The home is sweetly decorated for Christmas and so welcoming. The home itself is a big plus, as is the scenery. I’m not sure how many pictures we took of sunrises and sunsets. We did more cooking and eating in this time, made easy by the well-supplied kitchen and dining room. Another big plus is the privacy. I love the location - close to all we need but still we feel like we are on a mountain-top alone!

This is our sixth (or seventh!) time on Busbee Mountain in Asheville, and every time it’s a GIFT. The owners have provided EVERYTHING you could possibly need to enjoy a welcome getaway. Spacious, private (every bedroom has its own private porch), and inviting in every way. The views are stunning, whether looking out over the Blue Ridge Parkway toward Asheville, or into a pleasant area where the wild turkeys amble through. There’s not a better place to be away from it all AND only three minutes from downtown. We’ve already signed on for our seventh (or eighth?!) visit. Thank you, Rich and Peggy, for your hospitality!

This is the place if you're looking for a beautiful view with all the comforts of home. Exceptionally clean and stocked with everything you'll need. This home was the perfect location .... We enjoyed shopping in downtown Asheville-- Biltmore Village, Henderson Street and antique stores adding an evening visit to the Biltmore Estate for the Candlelight Christmas tour.
