  • The Farm Cottage is een gerenoveerd voormalig paardenhotel. Het behoudt de charme van het vorige gebruik, maar is goed ingericht en bijgewerkt voor comfort en gemak. Het huisje kijkt uit op een weiland met 2 schuren met de Siskiyou Mt. bereik verder naar het zuiden en de Ashland, Grizzly Peak Hills naar het oosten. Wij zijn slechts 2 gemakkelijke mijlen van het centrum plaza met meerdere wijnmakerijen in de buurt. Er is ook wandelen, zwemmen in het nabijgelegen Emigrant Lake. Als u op zoek bent naar rust, voldoet het huisje aan al uw behoeften.

This was indeed a charming property. We were intrigued by the rustic exterior, and were pleasantly surprised by the lovely, comfortable interior. It was a pleasure to be out of the downtown Ashland traffic and noise, yet it was so easy to get there when we wanted to. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place. Very clean and well appointed. Close to town, but still on a farm that makes it seem far away. We'd come back.

Perfectly appointed com plete with walking sticks, a guitar and freah blackberries. The stars were incredible and the views magnificent. Loved the pizza oven and proximity to groceries. Hope to stay again

Ashland getaway

The cottage was adorable, clean and in a convenient location. The host was easy to commicate with and kind. The ac was really nice on a hot summer day. Well appointed unit with everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Thoughtfully appointed

The owners put a lot of thought into details for a guest’s stay. It’s a lovely place to stay for a visit to Ashland. I liked that it was away from downtown by a short drive. As a matter of personal taste, the mattress/bed frame was soft for me, and the pillows could be upgraded. Everything else was spot on!

Overnight stay

We loved the space (so many clever uses of space, farm artifacts, and whimsical furniture)!! It was so comfortable and clean. Our only regret was coming in late and leaving early in the morning....we didn't get to explore and spend more time there.

The cottage was wonderful. Beautifully decorated, clean and plenty of room for a couple. Even though the cottage is close to the highway you couldn't hear it at ALL. Very quiet! Just to make sure the hosts provided a sound machine. Located just a 1/2 mile from town it was super convenient to run into town to grab anything we needed.

Roomy and relaxing

This is a nicely refinished farm outbuilding. If you want a fancy rental this might not suit you. We found it charming and comfortable. It has separate living area and bed room and bathroom. Comfortable chairs, large tv, nicely decorated in western motifs. Felt like a home away from home. We will return if we stay in Ashland again.

Come for the privacy and quiet, stay for the donkeys!

We chose this property because it was a private, quiet option, and that was very much the case. The cottage was also very comfortable, spacious, and had lots of character. The big bonus were the three friendly donkeys in a fenced area nearby.

Probably the nicest rental place we have ever rented. All the little touches made it extra great. And the hosts were on top of everything.

Close in farm stay

We stayed at the cottage and loved the location, the furnishings and the friendly hosts. This is right off the freeway, but you can barely hear traffic noises and it definitely did not disturb us at all. Cute donkeys are just outside your door here and the plaza and theatres in Ashland is about an 8 minute drive.

Unique and comfortable

Conveniently located close to Ashland. Although close to the freeway, the noise was not noticeable. Well furnished and comfortable. The owner was quite accommodating and even loaned us his personal grill for some steaks we brought with us.

Practically amazing

My wife and I planned on having a night's rest while driving from California to Washington. The cottage is situated very conveniently off I 5 - it is super easy to get in and out. It has been built inside of a former horse stable so the exterior might confuse you at first, but inside you have a great super clean 4-star accommodation fully functional, decorated in a consistent character design throughout. Smells of new wood, leather and money. The overall old farm site is equally interesting and walkable. We had a wonderful stay.

Ashland Farm stay

Lovely farm with donkeys and rolling hills. Great little restaurant a short walk away. Beautiful lighting at night. Close to highway. 2 rental rooms are on same property and we saw both and loved them. It’s good to make sure you are in the one you expected to be in.

Comfy and cozy

I loved staying here for a little stay away from home. I’m local so it wasn’t too difficult to find. The cottage is lovely and well prepared. I loved looking out in the morning and seeing the donkeys in the pasture behind the building. There is some road noise from the freeway but it didn’t detract from my experience at all. Kym and Keith have done an amazing job.
