All amenities, such as air conditioning, heating, and wireless internet, are available for your use. The apartment offers a private entrance, ensuring a seamless and independent experience.

This is a newly renovated apartment. There is a large entryway. Inside you'll have an area to take off your shoes and hang up your coat. This room also has access to the washer and dryer. Then enter into the main part of the apartment. You'll see a newly painted kitchen and kitchen cabinets, new countertop, and stove. Then into the open area of the kitchen dining and living room. All have recently been replaced. You'll see the 1st large bedroom with a large closet. Beautifully decorated. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and a beautifully attached sitting area.

Dogs under 30 lbs. are allowed. $125.00 per pet. No large or aggressive breeds. Dogs must be leashed when outside. Please clean up after your dog inside and outside.

No smoking of any kind is permitted. Additional cleaning fee of $250.00 + will be charged if any smoking takes place inside.
