'Landed here late at night after my previous reservation in nearby Hurly didn’t answer. The man at the front desk was wonderful and even gave me some spring water from by the lake for me and my dog. Turned a really bad night around after driving 40 miles in the snow from the original “hotel”. The pool area looks really fun, I would absolutely stay here again. '

'We had a room at first that had a VERY loud air conditioning unit that couldn’t be turned off. In the end the receptionist upgraded us to a room where the air conditioner could be turned off, so all was well.'

'The staff members were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are newly renovated, with comfortable beds. Hot and fresh locally sourced coffee was great to start the day with!'

'We had a great stay at Whitecap. The 3 Queen Suite was perfect for our group, plus our dog Murphy. It was very clean and ready upon our arrival. They did their best to keep lifts open and skiing available despite the very very cold temps. The staff was friendly and Denali was a highlighted staff member throughout the weekend that we saw! Kudos to her hard work. We hope to do another weekend stay in the future here. '

'The room was spotless, decorated beautifully, quiet, had bathrobes to use in sauna, was prepped for our arrival both temperature and lit, had access to a coffee and beverage bar down the hall, and bottles of water in the room. Has elevator AND stairs to rooms on second floor. The Social Club downstairs was accessible inside the building, again decorated well, comfortable seating and inviting. The staff were excellent, sociable, informative about events in the area and helpful. Would love to...
