'It was a comfortable stay for 2 people. It is super quiet! Only issue is the parking. Only one spot for 2 units. One night we had to park on the street and walk in the dark to get to the back of the house (lights were on the steps) other than the parking (I use a cane) it was a nice retreat instead of the bustle of a hotel.'

'Really enjoyed our stay. Condo was fully stocked. It was great that the host did not feel like we were going to steal something and had extras of everything that we needed. Beds were comfortable, which is important for seniors who were playing a lot of golf. Recliners were comfortable great location close to Pinehurst country club and surrounding area. Would highly recommend.'

'Great location and plenty of room for the two of us. Dog friendly neighborhood and very walkable. Nice work area off the dining room. Kitchen was stocked pretty well from a dishes/pans/glasses perspective. The only issues were: no hangers in any of the closets, no hair dryer, and the floors were really dirty (ruined a couple pairs of socks) so needed to wear shoes all the time.'

'It was inexpensive and clean but the ice machine was broken and I thought the laundry would be in the unit, but no we had to walk to a hut and you had to load money on a card with your credit card !!!! It was not a 5 minute walk to the town center. There was a broom but no dust pan. The second bedroom is very small and the bathroom is no bigger than a phone booth and there is paint peeling in the shower . Also in the second bathroom on the wall above the commode there was damage on the wall...

'Location and house were as advertised on the site. The location is fantastic as it is a quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to the main street in Southern Pines. It is less than 5 minutes driving to Southern Pines Golf Club and 10-15 minutes to Pinehurst. There were a couple of issues with the property (clogged drain, light bulbs out, outdated refrigerator water filter) when we arrived, but the host was fantastic, as he jumped right on the issues the next morning and had most items corrected...
