Guests have access to the entire home except for the locked supply closet located inside the basement bathroom, which contains cleaning and maintenance supplies.



Other things to note



🐾 Pet Policy

Pets are welcome! If pets are left alone in the home, they must be secured in a crate until guests return. There is an additional $120 pet fee that must be paid prior to check-in.



🚭 House Rules

Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in a minimum $500 fine.



🔇 Quiet Hours

The home is located in a residential neighborhood. Out of respect for neighbors, outdoor noise and music must be kept to a minimum after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends.



⏰ Check-Out Policy

Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs are subject to a fee of $65 per hour. After 2 hours, the fee increases to $130 per hour.



⚠️ Water Safety Notice

The shoreline beside the property has rough, fast-moving water and sharp rocks. Swimming directly beside the home is not recommended. However, beautiful public beaches are located throughout Ashtabula County for safe swimming and lake activities.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home except for the locked supply closet located inside the basement bathroom, which contains cleaning and maintenance supplies.



Other Things to Note:

pet and they leave the house, the pet must be in a cage until they return. To have a pet, it is an additional $120.00 fee, that must be paid before check in.

The water along side the property is harsh and fast water, we do not recommend swimming here due to the home being surrounded by sharp jagged rocks, however there are beaches available all throughout Ashtabula County.



Interaction with Guests:

The entire home is at your disposal. Parking is limited to 2 spots, however there is community available if needed. Please reach out if this is needed.



We have a full time dedicated team that is available at all times. However, we will not interrupt your stay unless called upon or a problem arises.
