'Third time booking this hotel. Always lovely, clean, warm (radiators are always on before you arrive so the room is lovely and warm to get easy in). A lovely lady from concierge called me today to confirm my booking and ensure we had the details for the contactless check-in (access codes for the front door and key box) as we were due to arrive after she had left. Super friendly and welcoming. Room is lovely and clean, large comfy bed, clean bathroom and shower and even a space for cooking...

'The room was very clean and warm comfortable the only problem we had was the shower wasn’t hot but Luke warm it was late when we had are shower so couldn’t mention it and we were there for one night. In the morning when we had breakfast we did mention this issue. The staff member that looked after us for breakfast was lovely made sure we had everything the cooked breakfast was lovely her name was iessie she was amazing would differently come again this is our second visit in a year.. 'Uitstekend appartement, met prima keuken met oven en magnetron, wasmachine, waterkoker en koelkast, comfortabel bed, een bank, tafeltje + stoel, fijne badkamer, grote ramen. Bijna perfect, want als ik kritisch moet zijn ontbrak een goede faciliteit om zelf koffie te zetten, en de handdoeken hadden last van de - vaak voorkomende - nare geur van de wasserij.'
