On the accurate side, the location is outstanding. I had seen the cottage on a previous trip and knew we wanted to be smack on the boardwalk. It is before season so the beach was all ours. Kitchen and bathroom are dated but clean. On the " not good but maybe not a dealbreaker given the location" was the shabbiness- inadequate...

The bungalow was laid out logically and very modern. It was really quiet. The location worked out perfectly for us with great views of the sound. Check in was smooth and easy. We will definitely be back. Parking was right next to the bungalow which made loading and unloading easy '
