'Great location just a couple blocks from the beach in a “quieter” side of town. The house was the perfect size for our crew with 2 good sized bedrooms and bathrooms! Lots of fun things nearby. House included a great shed on the deck with lots of beach gear to borrow! Great communication with managers! Only frustrating part was showing up an hour before check-in time and not being allowed to enter. However, we did not request early check-in so that was on us, not owners or management. Thanks...

'Our annual trip to Bethany was great this year. The house is on the canal side for kayaking and fun water activities, and only a 4 min walk to the beach. The kids and parents all had a blast. The owner was also very responsive when we had one issue with the house. He addressed it immediately.Highly recommend this place.'
