The Space:

This 1,720-square-foot house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping up to eight guests. The primary bedroom is dressed with a double bed and its own ensuite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms each pair a single bed with a bunk bed, sharing the second bathroom — a practical layout for families or groups traveling together. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and blender, and a dining table anchors the living area. Step out to the patio or balcony for sea views, or unwind in the hot tub after a short walk to the beach. The community itself is doorman-attended, with free on-site parking for guests.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire house, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas.

Our on-site host will coordinate your arrival time in advance and greet you in person to hand over the keys and show you to parking — there's no lock code to worry about. Free parking is available on the premises.



The Neighborhood:

Castelnuovo is a beachfront residential community in Atacames, on Ecuador's Pacific coast in Esmeraldas province, with the beach just a 2-minute walk from the entrance street. Small local restaurants along the beach serve regional food, and beach umbrellas and chairs can be rented on-site from local vendors, typically $5-10 USD. Two nearby hotels offer optional day-pass access for a fee: Hotel Platinium runs a full-day pass around $20 USD per person including cocktails, and Hotel Puerto Plata offers pool access for about $3 USD for adults and $2.50 USD for children, with an on-site bar and restaurant.



Getting Around:

Esmeraldas' General Rivadeneira Airport (ESM) is roughly 35-45 minutes away by car — we recommend confirming this with us closer to your trip, since it isn't a live route calculation. Once in Atacames, the beach and nearby restaurants are an easy walk, and a car is useful for exploring further along the coast.

- Check-in begins at 3:00 PM local time.

- Checkout is at 12:00 PM local time.

- Early check-in and late check-out are offered free of charge for this property, subject to availability — please confirm with us in advance.

- To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.

- Unauthorized late checkouts will incur an additional fee.

- The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children are welcome to stay as part of the group.
