Hotel gebruikt voor 1 overnachting tussen LA en SF. Prima locatie aan de doorgaande route. Hotel ook goed, kan wel wat opknap gebruiken. Kamer prima, helaas bankbed sliep niet lekker. Geen ontbijt wat wel een gemis is. Geheel deed wel wat desolaat aan.

Fijn verblijf
Wij hebben hier geslapen voor 1 nacht. We waren op doorreis naar San Francisco. De bedden waren heerlijk. We waren met 3 kids. 1 moest er op de bank. Was geen slaapbank. Lekker zwembad. Ontbijt was redelijk. Mis mijn ham en kaas en normaal brood. Maar dat is hier overal in Amerika

Mooi hotel met zwembad en fitness faciliteit. Ruime kamer met bedbank (prima voor ons gezin van 5 samen met de 2 queensize bedden). Breakfasttijden 6-9u wat krap net zoals de zitruimte. Personeel bij checkout koel en kort en niet de amerikaanse vriendelijkheid die we bij andere establishments ervaren hebben). Personeel checkin vriendelijk.

Rough stay
Hotel is under construction. No more free breakfast, daily room cleaning( new towels or emptying the trash) was told that would happen but it didn’t. Because of construction water pressure was zero. First room the shower didn’t work. Our second room no water pressure. Because I booked through 3rd party. Dates keep getting changed for check out. But when I checked in they were correct. Multiple calls a day about what was correct day. Apparently one call was by the manager who was extremely rude. (Chris). Called to see what could be done. Chris the manager apologized and said new owners new name, and new hotel and offered that they would be able to do something. Basically pushing it off to new management No responsibility on his part. He is useless. Apologized for being rude on the phone but can’t give a discount. I have stayed at this same hotel MANY of times. Worst stay ever!!! Should have been told hotel was under construction. Hotel lobby is ripped apart, water issues and lighting to get in to hotel was unsafe and bad access to hotel. Room keys stopped working ever night Maybe new manager and hotel will be better

They are in the process of remodeling, but I didn't even know they were doing it. They kept it on one side, the pool is in the middle. Great coffee, no breakfast. Fairly close to eateries. Fairly good area. Comfortable.

No continental breakfast as advertised. Room air / heat unit leaked and carpet was wet halfway through room. I was told well that is why they are remodeling. Room is advertised as no smoking but smelled of stale cigarettes in room and down hallway. Very disappointed.

Great value, safe and comfortable stay.
Very comfort stay. Large room, comfortable bed, quick check in, well lit parking, room temp perfect. Only negative was 30 minutes late night were I could here two guys talking loud next room over. Otherwise, excellent value and will return.

Nice, budget motel. Last time we were here (years ago) it was part of the Best Western chain. Rooms still large, beds still comfy, and sofa bed still not comfy. Everything worked and was clean. We did have to plug the cable box power cord in since it was left out of the socket. We were visiting family locally, so this was a good place to rest for the nights during our visit.

There was no hot water. They said it was due to being fully booked. Not a good reason. Also, I did not find anywhere that stated we needed to pay more for a dog. I don’t mind but please make sure this information is easily seen. We could have stayed elsewhere for the full price we paid.

I preface this with the timperiod was over Thanksgiving (22nd-24th). Checking in and customer service in general was superb. Wi-Fi was out on the 3rd floor, and this was recognized about 10 minutes after checking in. Spoke with the front desk and they said they were aware of the issue. Internet was never reactivated. Up until we checked out on the 24th it was out. Sucks that your cell signal (Verizon/AT&T) isnt reliable as well. Ended up using nearly all of our entire allotment of our montlhy data allotments. Offered IT consulting services (I am a computer systems architecht) but it wasn't accepted. Luggage carts got the job done but they felt like the tires were really low on air.

This was a best Western. I was expecting the level of service we've had in the past. The property is no longer part of the best Western family and it shows.
