Welcome Inn: Family Friendly Oasis among the Oaks in Wine Country

Enjoy a peaceful retreat in this quiet area just moments away from the quaint downtown of Atascadero on the Central Coast of California. Breathe in the fresh country air as you listen to the birds and wait for the deer to meander by.
After exploring all the Central Coast has to offer, you will love returning to your private and well appointed home surrounded by oaks on over an acre. The space
This centrally located 3 bedroom home is on a quiet, tree lined street.
Atascadero provides that small town feel with plenty to do right in town, which you are less than a mile away from. Atascadero offers breweries, cider houses, wine tasting, movie theatre, zoo, mini golf, hiking trails, and restaurants. There is also plenty to discover literally all around you! The Central Coast has become famous for its wineries, which are a ten minute drive away to the north in and around Paso Robles. If you feel like heading to the beach, Morro Bay is a mere 20 minutes away to the west. The quaint town of San Luis Obispo (voted America’s happiest city) is 15 minutes to the south. This property will be perfect to come home to after all of your exploring. If you need a down day, it is quiet, comfy and perfect for simply relaxing at home. This is definitely not a party house and there is no smoking of any kind allowed on the property. There is a king bed, a queen bed, three twin beds, and a day bed with trundle. In addition, there is a futon that can be easily converted to sleeping for one in the living room. There is a desk in the master bedroom, and there’s a pack and play for a little one. There are also lots of toys and books to engage your kids while you relax. There is plenty of driveway parking with access to a two car garage that enters directly into the house. Out of respect for our neighbors, a quiet time of 10:00 pm will be expected. This is definitely not a party house and there is no smoking of any kind allowed.
We want you to feel safe, confident and cared for in our home. We properly disinfect all surfaces between guests and always wash all bed linens and towels with hot water and bleach.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home and yard. The number of guests staying must be the same as the number of guests approved with the reservation. There is a large screen tv in the living room and a smaller tv in two of the bedrooms. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing with a beverage, book, or bbq! There’s also a space outside dedicated to game fun! Basketball, cornhole, and ladder toss are all available to play. There are also board games and playing cards inside and toys and books for your little ones.
