Excellent stay at 47 Luxury suites. Hosts are super friendly and helpful and easily contactable. Location is convenient for Metro, local restaurants or walking into the centre. Stayed in maisonette which was clean and contemporary in design. Loved the terrace area with private hot tub belonging to maisonette. 5 stars all around.

Communication was great. Room was very clean. Location may be an issue for some but great rooftop views and very short walk to the Metro station for easy access to the city.

The staff was amazing. The room was spacious and inviting. I really wanted to give 5 stars because the staff was just so amazing. However, the room had some issues. The main being the faucet in the bathroom wasn’t attached, the drain in the shower didn’t drain right leaving standing water, the pendant lighting had a thick layer of dust on the rope part. Overall I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

The apartment was quite big but noisy. Perhaps is was the AC compressor? The noise would come and go many times during the night. The interior is worn but the bathroom is ok. The room was offered with a large discount. However, even the reduced price was too high for the standard of the room. This actually feels like a sort of scam. Area is very good.

The accommodations were fantastic and staff were so helpful especially in orienting us to how to get around to the sites and where to eat. The proximity to the metro was perfect for getting around town.

Lovely and spacious apartment perfect for a family. Reception was great and very accommodating. Short walk to metro and a number of great dining options. Supermarket also close. Only con was the double/queen bed was not very comfortable (sink into very soft mattress which wasn’t good for the back).

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff is incredibly helpful, accommodating and friendly. I can't be more thankful for that. The place is clean, open and big! This is more of an apartment than a regular hotel. The location it is not that great to me, it is walking distance to a metro station, and it has some restaurants around, but not exactly in a touristic area. I didn't like the area at all (personal opinion), but not their fault and they do everything to make it easier and help.

The host was attentive and happy. The roomie was wonderful and quiet considering it is on a main road, the walls and windows are very well built. and the rooftop with the jacuzzi made me decide to stay in and enjoy the sunset and perfect view of the Acropolis. I absolutely would stay here again when I return to Athens and highly recommend this little gem of a hotel.

Loved Athens
Traveling to Europe has been an incredible experience but if a traveler is expecting lodging as though it was their home then traveling to old world isn’t for you! The space was decorated modern it was spacious fantastic shower and the location was fantastic!!! Close to food Metro and most of all walking distance to past history! I shopped had cultural experiences I will never forget ! The host was extremely generous with telling us how to enjoy Athens flawlessly ! 💯 I take my hat off ! Enjoy the entire apt and enjoy Athens Greece and take the metro and go to an island, come with an appetite for Charm and fresh foods

Hotel staff was amazing. They provided all the recommendations you could ever want, took the time to text us daily to see if we needed anything and were just beyond caring and kind. You will never get an experience like this at a big hotel and it made for a wonderful intimate experience

Fresh apartments suitable for sleeping
The apartment is very fresh and clean and it was nice with a jacuzzi on the roof. The area is a bit shabby and there is a walking distance of about 20 minutes to the city center, but it is also close to the metro. We used the apartment only for sleeping and breakfast. We were surprised when the breakfast was stored in the room and not a buffet in a restaurant, but it was easy to ask for refills between the days. Due to the distance to the city centre we usually only arrived late at night instead of freshening up before dinner.

La suite in cui abbiamo soggiornato era moderna confortevole e ben servita. Il personale della struttura si è sempre mostrato super disponibile e di aiuto, ha sempre fornito risposte tempestive alle nostre richieste e in generale si respirava aria amichevole e al tempo stesso professionale. l'unico aspetto meno positivo è la zona in cui si trova l'hotel che nonostante non sia distante dal centro, è ubicato in una strada altamente trafficata e poco sicura per famiglie con bambini in quanto l'area pedonale non è livellata e risulta quindi scomoda da percorrere con i passeggini. Il centro tuttavia si raggiunge facilmente a piedi in 20 minuti oppure con la metro.
