First thing I noticed when using the bathroom was long dark hair wrapped around f the vitrine of the shower door. At the same time my daughter was turning down the bed to find it looked like it had been slept in, stained sheets, and lots of hair. I called the front desk to ask to be moved to a different room. She said the hotel was full and offered to bring clean sheets, which she did within a matter of minutes. The sheets she brought were Watt in a ball, she started to help me put them on, and I told her she could go, and as soon as she left, we noticed that the new sheets also had stains on them. By this time, it’s after one in the morning, we needed to be up at 6 AM so we decided to just sleep with our clothes on. It was very hard to sleep because the walls are so thin in this hotel you could literally hear every car at the intersection, especially the loud trucks accelerating when the light turned green. Our refrigerator was very noisy, the lack of carpeting or area rugs made for hearing every footsteps in the rooms around us. When I went to take my medicine and fill the clear plastic cup, the water was literally brown. Very disappointing stay which got us off to a rough start for our college visit. I would not stay here again.
