This 1940's home was updated in 2018 and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart Roku TV, and self check-in. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking meals and brewing coffee, and the bedrooms and bathroom have all the amenities you'll need. There is a large desk in the living room that’s perfect for a workspace, in addition to a dining room table off the kitchen. The entire living space is on the main level, but there is a washer and dryer located in the basement. Bedroom one has a queen bed, bedroom two has a queen and twin bed, and bedroom 3 has a full bed.

There are 3 designated parking spots behind the house in addition to free street parking.

The fenced-in front yard is cook-out ready! There is a gas grill and picnic table for seating. There is also a cornhole set available for use on the property.

Several quintessential spots in Athens (campus, sporting venues, greek life, and shops/restaurants) are within walking distance of our home. Enjoy your stay at the cottage and take in all that Athens has to offer!
