This property is nestled among towering pine trees and oak trees, overlooking a breathtaking mountain range , with a wall of windows you get an unobstructed view of the mountain , this property offers a large 4000 sq ft of space, you have space for everybody , with a dedicated theater and a game room , you and your guests will never get bored. A room dedicated to kids with 3 bunk beds , hosting a group of kids is easy and they love it ! This property also has a wet bar , hot tub and a Grill.A short 100ft hike up the mountain , will get you to a beautiful scenic mountain setting with a firepit , enjoy a campfire with your friends and families , create memories !

Strouds run state park is just 5 mins away , you can boat /swim or fish or go for hike along the 10 mile lake view trail in strouds run state park.

- NOTE: The property requires steps to enter
- NOTE: The person who makes the reservation must be present during stay
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry and 2 additional exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the front porch facing the parking area, and camera 2 is located on the back of the home facing the exterior. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. They record video when activated by motion (or when the video doorbell button is pressed)
- NOTE: As seen in the photos, there is a wet bar attached to the movie theater. It has a refrigerator, bar stools, and a bar counter, but alcohol is not provided.
- NOTE: Maximum five cars can be parked in the parking lot , no RV , campers allowed.
