Psyri neoklassiek huis met werf

Ideaal gelegen, een uniek appartement in een zeer rustige buurt in het centrum van Athene. Het is volledig ingericht en uitgerust. Dit elegante appartement ligt op 5 minuten lopen van het Syntagma-plein en Monastiraki, waar zich de zeer populaire vlooienmarkt bevindt. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met magnetron, koelkast met vriesvak, bestek, borden en pannen, broodrooster, Nespresso. U zult tijdens uw verblijf van uw gratis koffie genieten.

Er is ook een wasmachine en een droger in een aparte kamer op de top van het gebouw. Grote kasten zorgen voor een comfortabeler verblijf. Eindelijk voor diegenen die zelfs tijdens hun vakantie fit willen blijven, is er een loopband.
Het hele appartement is volledig voorzien van airconditioning en er is ook een boiler om u 24 uur per dag van warm water te voorzien.
Natuurlijk zijn de bedden al opgemaakt, met nieuwe gestreken lakens van het merk Coco-Mat van topkwaliteit. Verder zijn er schone handdoeken voor ieder van jullie.

Monastiraki is het dichtstbijzijnde metrostation en het busstation ligt op 80 meter afstand.


Het appartement ligt zeer dicht bij Griekse traditionele taverna's, apotheken, banken en allerlei winkels. Het dichtstbijzijnde strand ligt op 8 km afstand.

The location is excellent. There are a variety of restaurants and shops just meters away. We felt safe walking at night. The apartment itself is spacious and the hosts were always available if I needed something.

This is essentially a studio flat with a double bed and a sofa bed and kitchen all in one room. Also a treadmill and a large desk! I was expecting a one bedroom flat with a separate kitchen and living room! It's in a great location so you can walk everywhere, to all the main sites. It's a fantastic location for restaurants, cafes and night life and yet is very quiet as it's located on a side street. The beds are comfortable. You do not pay through VRBO but directly to George's property management company MENO. I was very confused about this as VRBO are always saying not to pay directly to property owners. I very highly recommend George if you need a taxi. DO NOT take a taxi from the airport to the property. We paid 4 times over what we should have paid because the taxi man said the card machine hadn't worked. It should be about 50euros. George arranged several taxis for us after this scam and was always very helpful, so do consider his other services. Thank you George!

This the place to stay

This place was fantastic. The location was awesome. Walking distance to everything. It was well maintained, clean, and very comfortable. If you are visiting Athen, this is the place to stay. Also, they helped arrange pick up from the airport. They were extremely accommodating and responsive. I am certain we will stay there again.

Location, location, location

We did not come to Athens to sit around an apartment. This property is essentially a studio apartment, ideal for one or two people. It's not fancy, but it is comfortable. The owners, Aphrodite and Manos, live upstairs and are some of the kindest and most generous people I've ever known. They invited us to dinner twice and brought us coffee and juice. But what makes the apartment fabulous is the location--in the area of Psirri. No exaggeration here--within the warren of walking streets that begins about 1/2 block from the apartment, one can find at least 70 restaurants. The food is great and at night, the streets are alive with people enjoying their dinner, which in Athens typically begins at 22:00. Everyone we met was so friendly that it was truly hard to leave and if we go back, we will do our best to get into this apartment again. George the VrBo host communicates essential information readily and is a warm and kind person. He really helped make our stay great; check in was easy and arranged for transportation from and to the airport for us. Definitely want to return and enjoy the friendships we've made there!

We made the mistake of not thoroughly checking out the area before wandering. North was definitely not the way to go. We did not feel safe walking in the area, even though we ended up at the National Archaeological Museum. South felt much safer and quickly found the Acropolis, shopping, restaurants, etc…Our accommodations were lovely and a great start to our Greek vacation.

The unit was located in the district of Psyri surrounded by incredible restaurants & close to shops, metro, & historic sites. Our host George made all the arrangements from transportation to check in/out as easy & comfortable as one could wish for. Shout out to our driver Mr Panos was made himself available at anytime to transport us anywhere/when we wanted. The entire team @ Menos Properties did an outstanding job & we would highly recommend this unit & the property management company to anyone.

Heart of Athens

The apartment is exactly as pictured, clean, cozy, basically a spacious, extended studio and well equipped for our 5 night stay. Communication was prompt and clear and we were met in person at the property. The location is perfect for walking to the major historic sites, and metro stops are nearby for reaching other areas. The neighborhood is filled with cafes and shops, which were bustling on the weekends, but the apartment is on a small side street and was very quiet. Definitely recommended.

This was an amazing place to stay in Athens! The location was perfect. It was so close to many shops, bars, and restaurants and within walking distance to different sites. Beautiful apartment fun location

I stayed in this spacious, lovely, quiet-inside apartment for the last 5 days of a month-long trip. It’s a fun neighborhood with artistic graffiti and friendly cafes. Reminds me a bit of my home San Francisco so it also helped me make the transition toward leaving. Very walkable to The Ancient Agora, The Acropolis, Plaka and some lovely residential neighborhoods and parks. A little windey and confusing at first and my GPS wasn’t working—i just asked folks in cafes for help with directions and within a day I was navigating with ease. Just one thing: if you are noise sensitive weekend nights can be a bit loud with nearby clubs. I travel with noise canceling headphones and had no problem sleeping. Beautiful building interior and wonderful management company too!
