- Kitchen: A fully equipped, contemporary kitchen ready for your culinary endeavours, complete with high-quality appliances.

- Private garden: Step outside to your own 70 sqm private garden—a rare luxury in central Athens—perfect for alfresco dining or relaxing in the Mediterranean sun. To ensure this oasis remains in pristine condition for your enjoyment, a professional gardener visits every other Saturday. Please rest assured that your privacy is our top priority; the gardener only has keys to the exterior garden gate and cannot enter the flat.

Communication is conducted primarily via the platform's messaging system, SMS or by phone. We also use all online messaging services like Viber, Whats App, Messenger, Telegr@m etc. to your convenience.

Please note that this is a short-term rental apartment, not a hotel, and concierge-style services are not provided. Communication is available from 10:00 to 22:00. In accordance with local law, we are not permitted to provide in-stay services.

- Will you arrive by taxi or public transport? If you require our private airport pickup service, you can book a private transfer via the same link after completing the online form.

This is a standard legal obligation and applies to all registered accommodations in Greece. The process is quick and secure, and your data is handled in accordance with GDPR requirements.

To ensure the garden remains a beautiful oasis throughout your stay, a professional gardener visits every second Saturday at around 15.00. Your privacy is fully respected; the gardener only has access to the exterior gate and cannot enter the property.

Please be mindful of quiet hours and keep the space clean, as this flat is part of a larger building. Your cooperation helps ensure a positive experience for everyone, including our neighbours.

The common quiet hours are 14.00 - 17.00 and 22.00 - 08.00 every day.
