Parking was horrible. I wasn't even able to check-in via my phone or anything. I tried multiple times!! I even knocked on a few rooms to see if other guests could help but of course, they didn't come to the door. I DESERVE A REFUND!

Wow..just wow! All I can say about this stay was that it was absolutely incredible. Starting from the very easy pre-check in process all the way to the gorgeous rooms, every detail of the Kasa was creative, innovative, and of course, stunning. Between the free iced protein coffee beverages and water in the room refrigerator (plus snacks, like protein bars and chocolate!) to a fully, and I mean fully stocked lobby area with complimentary snacks and more drink options than most restaurants have, you never have to travel far for a quick pick-me-up. Although, because of the central location, everything and anything is within a 3-10 minute walking distance! I also must give an honorable mention to the room decor. Upon walking in, you are greeting with bold and unique colors from top to bottom. After reading the booklet provided, you are informed about how each room is uniquely designed surrounding a famous artist! Since each room is special, it really made me want to come back to see all of the different variations and masterpieces! I won’t spoil all of the secrets.. however. There’s is much more to see for yourself!

This hotel is beautiful. However if you’re going to run a contactless business you should find a better route to conflict resolution than calling your guests and accusing them of smoking pot in your rooms. I was headed to dinner for Valentines Day when someone called, representing the hotel, and said a strong smell of marijuanna was reported coming from my room. The only person on the premises we encountered was a cleaning lady so I assume it was her who reported us. Suffice to say; neither of us were smoking. I believe hotel staff entered our room to be sure of this. I later got a text apologizing for the mistake. There has to be a better way to handle your customers than ruining their special night by accusing them of doing something illegal and being 100% wrong.

Exquisite Boutique Hotel in the Heart of Athens

We had a fantastic stay! Stephanie, the hotel manager, went above and beyond—she was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The location couldn’t be better—perfect for walking to downtown Athens attractions and great restaurants. A real hidden gem was the rooftop, offering stunning views of the city. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

This is will be my go too hotel in Athens from now on. It’s well managed, helpful staff, and the complementary snacks and free Pride flags were chef’s kiss! The only downside was the noise from the street and lobby area on the first floor. However, the hotel provides a white noise machine and ear plugs, and I slept well without using either.

This is an incredible property! We loved it! Each room is richly decorated with original artwork, gorgeous fabrics and wall coverings and a modern, spacious bathroom. There is a terrace on the top floor that has several eating areas, TVs and a great view. The location is in the heart of Athens - steps away from some of the best restaurants and shopping. A great place for a football weekend, parents weekend, a large group or even a corporate event. The Bell in Athens is one of the most unique properties I have seen in my travels. Book it!

Such a beautiful and unique space. I would stay here again and again! There is no staff on site, so my only complaint is I was told I could ask questions via text 24/7. A Perfect Stay at The Bell!

From the moment I arrived at The Bell, I knew I had made the right choice. The property is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly located to enjoy everything Athens has to offer. Every detail was considered — from the comfortable, stylish furnishings to the welcoming touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. The hospitality was outstanding; it was clear that the hosts genuinely cared about making the stay special. Communication was easy and responsive, and I felt taken care of every step of the way. Huge shoutout to Alannah for her extremely lovely engagement & discussion. The Bell strikes the perfect balance between charm and modern comfort, and honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I’m already looking forward to planning my next visit! Highly, highly recommend to anyone visiting Athens!
