Something was wrong with the air conditioning unit; it made so much noise that we couldn’t sleep. Hotel should provide slipers. Check in staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was as expected and advertised. Wished there was drawer space but since I wasn't there long, it wasn't a big deal. Nice robes in the room was a plus. Restaurant downstairs had great food and fantastic service.

We stayed here one night before boarding our cruise ship and when we arrived were exhausted and hungry. Our flight from Washington DC via Reykjavik was delayed four hours from the start (ATC strike, volcano) so we didn't arrive at the hotel until after 10pm local. After checking in it was minutes before the restaurant's closing time and it was clear the staff was preparing to leave. We encouraged them to go home but they insisted on staying to serve us! The food was simply terrific and the staff extremely friendly and pleasant. After our meal it was back to the room and we crashed. Don't want to omit complementing the room which was outstanding in every aspect as well as the hotel staff. We give this an 11 on a scale of 1-10. :)

The hotel room has a modern touch and even offers Nespresso coffee machine with coffee pods. Although it’s right across the metro station, it’s not noisy at night time. Everything is at a convenient distance including restaurants, shops, and most importantly metro and ferry port which are right across the streets. If you’re planning to visit Athens, and hop islands, this is a perfect place to stay. The staff was friendly, and even agreed to store my luggage when I was planning to go to Mykonos for 2 days. The breakfast is good and starts as early as 6:30 am. Loved my stay here and would definitely stay again.

The hotel was very nice, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. There are lots of dining options close by, and the metro is across the street. The area around the property is a little dirty, and there is constant traffic noise throughout the night. It's well worth it though, if you will be in that neighborhood.

Great Hotel Next to Metro Station
The hotel was modern and exceptionally clean. The hotel was excellently located right next to the metro and train station making it easy and only €9.50pp to get to there from the airport - saving the approximate €60+ taxi fee. Around the hotel was lots of highly rated eateries which were exceptionally affordable. There was also many kisoks very close to the hotel selling drinks and snacks as well. The room was well designed with all the amenities you would require. The beds were very comfortable with two different types of pillow (soft and firm memory foam). We really enjoyed our stay at the Port Square and would not hesitate to stay there again.
