'Unser Start war leider nicht so gut. Zwar hat der Check-in in der Nacht super geklappt, jedoch wurde vergessen, das Sofa als Bett herzurichten. Statt Schlaf für die Kinder hieß es also erst einmal, eine Lösung zu finden. Glücklicherweise hat der Manager noch reagiert und wir konnten das Sofa letztlich selbst beziehen. Danach mussten wir allerdings feststellen, dass das Hauptlicht nicht auszuschalten war. Wir haben die erste Nacht also im Hellen verbracht. Am nächsten Morgen wurde dann aber alles...

'Had a great stay, we were staying with 2 young kids and the apartments were very nice and very clean. There were 2 separate rooms so the oldest could sleep alone. A proper crib was provided for the baby. Breakfast was brought everyday to the room. The service at the front desk was always very friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night and they helped us get in via the camera doorbell and number-lockers with our doorcards. Location is central but you need to take an Uber everywhere but these...
