After a long day of driving, we decided to put up a night before continuing our journey. Needless to say Extended Stay is off our travel list from now on. The hotel was unkept, the hallway leading to our room and our room itself smelled like cigarette smoke. I won't go into full details on the room other than it needed to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

There was supposed to be a continental breakfast. There was a sign that said it was served from 630 to 9 o’clock. In the morning, I asked the clerk at the desk about the breakfast. He told me all we had was what was in back of me. It was a coffee pot. That is all. The coffee was weak.

The biggest concern I had with this facility was the condition of the room. The top of the refrigerator was dirty. Same with the area around the microwave. The refrigerator itself was dented up as if someone had hit golf balls against us. The edge of the counter was damaged and the fan over the stove had rusted areas with paint peeling. In the bathroom, the counter top was stained as if someone dripped red fingernail polish on it. Just overall poorly maintained. I can provide pictures.

I arrived at the hotel at 1150pm Front desk was unavailable to check me in until 1:30am. They were no where to be found for over an hour. I waited between the lobby and my vehicle. The sign on door said press 0 for assistance and it just rang to the empty desk in the lobby. Extremely inconvenient.
