Historic Craftsman House in Midtown - Hot tub, Wifi, gratis parkeren

Dit prachtige historische huis uit de 3200sf heeft veel ruimte en licht en is perfect voor uw korte of lange verblijf. De eigenschappen omvatten: Van straat parkeren (2-3 auto's) Bijgewerkte Keuken, Ruime voorportiek, achterdek met gasgrill, vuurplaats, en Jacuzzi. Super high-speed fiber wi-fi en HD-kabel-tv, wasmachine en droger en gas open haard.
De vier slaapkamers slapen in totaal 10 gasten met 2 kingsize bedden, twee aparte bedden (kan worden omgezet in een koning, nog twee tweelingen (uitschuifbed) en een tweepersoonsbed (tweepersoonsbed). Gasten kunnen ook het aparte huisje huren om weer plaats te bieden aan 2 extra gasten in een queensize bed (aparte aanbieding, $ 100 per nacht)
Het huis heeft een sleutelloze toegangscode die voor een gemakkelijke toegang voor vele mensen zorgt. Interacties met gastheer zullen waarschijnlijk minimaal zijn.

Midtown is een van de oudste buurten van Atlanta. Het is een unieke mix van huizen en appartementen, dicht bij kantoren, conferentiecentra en Georgia Tech. Outstanding Property

This historic midtown craftsman house was ideal for our six member adult family destination Christmas. Booking was easy, host was super responsive and the location was perfect for our planned activities. Being able to walk to Piedmont Park with the Atlanta Botanical Garden as well as GT McCamish Pavillion for basketball was a plus. House with the bonus cottage, well equipped kitchen, cozy living room with fireplace, hot tub for intrepid son, comfortable beds and separate bathrooms for all made our stay most enjoyable.

Great spot for game at Mercedes Benz. Large group was well accommodated. Peaceful tree lined neighborhood. 15 minute walk from North Ave MARTA station took train in from ATL airport. Nice back yard and front porch. Stewart was responsive and accommodating. Glad we stayed here!

Enjoyed stay. Safe neighborhood for a city location. Very well stocked with bathroom and kitchen supplies. Inside very clean. Outside porch, driveway and backyard should have been cleaned and swept of leaves and debris.

Quaint Home in Great Neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It's location is prime and the home itself is nice, large and as listed. The home is definitely historic in nature and could use a little TLC with minor repairs, paint, caulking and replacement of everyday items (bleach stained towels, holes in sheets, etc.). This would improve it's overall appeal and improve on cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms.

Beautiful huge home

This house just goes on and on. Its front view is deceiving with how much house there really is! It was perfect for our group of 10 ladies, plenty of space to hangout and enough beds and bathrooms for everyone to be super comfortable. Would stay there again! We really loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the weather. Also great location for walking to restaurants and parks.

Beautiful Home!

We absolutely loved this property! The home itself was beautiful. We had multiple grocery store options nearby, delicious food within walking distance, and a hot tub in the back for relaxing in the evening! We had a little trouble getting connected to the Wifi and Stew came by within just a few minutes to get it fixed for us - no problem! Thank you for the stay!

What a great experience. Old bungalow home that was beautifully done. Only thing that kept it from a perfect rating was minor. Paint touch ups, scuffed up walls, some lightbulbs out, but a beautiful home in an excellent location

Holiday Getaway for the Fam

During my family’s stay in November, we really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. We also loved that all rooms and the cottage had their own bathrooms. Stewart was also very responsive and available 24/7 to answer all questions we had about the property. This house is great for the holidays if you’re celebrating with a large family. Additionally, this property had with multiple pack n plays available for the little ones as well!

We truly enjoyed our four night stay in this lovely home. Beds were comfortable and having all the bathrooms was very convenient. There was plenty of space and we never felt crowded. Comfortable House in Good Location

A group of friends and I rented this house for our annual weekend trip together. This house provided exactly what we needed - plenty of beds, bathrooms, and space to socialize. The location was great, being a close drive to the highway, and a short walk to restaurants and stores. One of our group stayed in the small cottage in back and loved having his own small kitchen. The house isn't new by any means but fits very nicely with the area and has a lot of charm. Parking was fairly easy. Overall we enjoyed our stayed and the house worked perfect for our situation.

Family Wedding in Atlanta

The property was perfect for our family and the wedding purpose for our visit. Great location in Mid Town and close to all our events. The inside of the house was clean and comfortable. The outside of the house was not very clean and needs some TLC. We wrestled with the "Cleanliness of the Property" rating. We would say a 4 star for the inside and 3 star for the outside. All that being said, we would use the propoerty again.
