Welcome to Post Pastures--our quiet little slice of heaven, nestled on 6.5 acres in Lilburn, Ga. Enjoy the secluded farm feel within the city limits with tons of space to sleep and play.

Our home sleeps 11 with 7 beds in 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed. Two other bedrooms have one queen bed in each. A baby crib is set up in one queen bedroom. The 4th bedroom/playroom has 2 bunk beds, one twin over twin and another twin over full.

Our dining room has seating for 6 and an additional table in the sunroom which seats 4. Our breakfast bar seats an additional 3 people. Finally, we have an outdoor table that can seat 6. A gas grill is provided with all the grill tools. Propane is included. Our sunroom also has a desk for those who need to work during their stay.

The kids will love playing on the round swing hung from a tree and on the enclosed trampoline. Other games include Foosball, PS4 video games, books, puzzles, and Corn Hole. Farm fresh eggs from our coop are available daily for you to enjoy.
The outside area makes this property unique with room to wander, walk and explore. Come enjoy this peaceful place and farm-like experience! Our home is close to shopping, restaurants, parks and recreation.

Notes:
This is an active farm that requires regular ongoing attention. The chickens need regular food and water. The grass needs mowing. Other outdoor maintenance is needed to keep the property nice. Please understand that I will come to the ranch at least 2 times every week and I will give you notice in advance. I will never enter the house without your blessing. I am courteous and understand the need for privacy and security. There are security cameras in place outside the house for your security and my property. We have recorded deer, fox, coyotes and racoons.

Parking arrangements at the Vacation Rental are as follows:
Park on the driveway and in between the trees on the left side as you approach the house. Please do not park on the front or rear grass. Parking in the front pasture is approved.

Garbage and Recycling arrangements at the Vacation Rental are as follows:
The trash bins are at the entrance to the ranch. Please separate recycling from the garbage. Every Wednesday night please take the trash bins to the edge of the road for Thursday am pickup.

Pets are not permitted at the Vacation Rental. Service animals are welcome.

Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the neighborhood.
Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours (e.g. 10pm – 8am), and upon arrival and departure. This includes loud music,

Fireworks and firearms are prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, loss of rental paid, police notification and extra charges.

Smoking is not permitted inside the Vacation Rental house.
Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not thrown on property grounds.

All damages must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as reasonably practical.

No towels or other items are to be removed from the property.

Compliance:
Breach of any of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy as per the Rental Agreement, and the owner reserves the right to terminate permission to occupy the property.
