05/25-05/27 When we arrived we were immediately greeted with a smile by the young lady at the front desk. Easy check-in process. Hotel was clean and smells amazing every time you walk in. The room was TOP TIER 10/10. Beautiful decor and loved the wallpaper in the bathroom which was the backdrop of ALT. Perfect spot for the Graduation Ceremony we attended. to the arena. Loved that he mall was across from the hotel. Close to restaurant. Checkout quick and simple.

Stayed 2 nights. Beds were very hard. #320 Rooms were small. AC/Heat unit way tooo loud. It did not keep the room at a comfortable temperature. We had to constantly put it up and down just one degree and it still got way too cold or then stuffy and hot.

The bar/longe was a cute little area to hang out at, also the pool table was a cute addition to the atmosphere. The outdoor patio was also nice.

Good morning Arash, and let me start out by saying thank you for the review, as we value all our guest's feedback. Though unfortunately, I think you may have us confused with another hotel. At this location, Aloft Lawrenceville Sugarloaf, we do not offer Valet Services and have never charged for parking. Parking is one of many free amenities we offer all our guests.

We used this location for our wedding guest and for us the night before and after the wedding… after leaving the morning of the wedding and returning after.. our room was not cleaned. We changed rooms 3 times in two days. I would not stay there again

Also, your room was booked outside of your wedding block, through Expedia, and therefore specific room type requests could not be guaranteed. We were happy to give you a complimentary night, and apologize for any inconvenience that you experienced.

This property was clean and very very cute ! I was pleasantly uplifted by the decor and the staff was very attentive and resourceful! They also helped me print out some materials I needed for an interview. Saved my life (lol. Seriously though)

Most things were A+
Hotel was a great location for us. Staff checking in absolutely couldn't be nicer. Room was comfortable and well decorated. The only thing we complain about was the walls are very thin. Every morning we could hear the cleaning staff in the room above us running the vacuums. Literally woke us up sounding like a heard of elephants.

Smelled like Heaven
I stay at a lot of different hotels all over. There has never been one that smelled so fresh and clean when you walked into the building. Fast and easy checkin. Next to the mall and very close to the highway. My new Atlanta area hotel for sure.
