Common areas look like they need a new paint. All the hotel smells like cigarettes. The room that I was in had holes on the wall and roaches in the pillows. I asked from another room and they didn’t have anything available so I checked out. The only good thing about this place was Edith she helped me get my refund and deposit back. Definitely wont be coming back.

The first room we were given at the property was unclean as the bed was not made at all, no linens in the restroom, and looked as though no one had visited the room. The gentlemen at the front kindly changed our rooms, when we arrived at the second one this was in nearly worse condition. It was as though someone simply made the bed and left. The floors were dirty to the point we had to have shoes on all times till we went to bed, mysterious sticky substance on the desk, and were missing a trash can.

Rooms on the second floor had roaches I thought I was seeing things then behind the bed boom brown house roaches ! Due to travel and time I got a room switch I wanted to switch hotels but I prayed and got a roach free room but I was freezing . Even in carribbean countries the AC don't pump in the hallways it was brick city , some may like it but I caught a sinus infection days later.

The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable. The bed was advertised as a queen, but was a full size. Great value for the money and they allow pets at for a reasonable fee.

I had no significant complaints. The door handle to my bathroom came off a few times so that might need some attention from your maintenance staff. But really, it wasn’t a huge bother for me personally!

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Somehow the bath room door in our room got locked and closed with nobody in there. Peace was at the front desk and came up to our room armed with keys and screwdrivers. Could not find a key to work but she was able to use the screwdrivers to get it open and then filled the hole in the door facing so there was no way it could close and lock again. She had such attitude!

Have our room away!
When we arrived the day of our check in- the office clerk simply said “ We have a problem- we don’t have your room.” No one bothered to call me ahead of time, no solutions were offered. The clerk was very curt and uncaring. This was at 11 pm at night and after a 5 hour drive. We were exhausted and had to scramble to find another hotel. Unfortunately we found a hotel but not in the area where the basketball tournament we were attending was located- like the hotel we THOUGHT we were staying was.

The person at the front desk was rude and with no commitment at all with the standards this hotel chain usually has. She was not in the front. It took time to her to appear in the counter. No bell to ring for cases like this one in which a guest arrives and there is not a clerck in the front . With just a simple bell to ring this problem can be solved. She did not greet us even when we say hello to her. She did not give us the wifi code. Her face was totally frustrated when we arrived for checking in. She never said a word even we said thank you at the end of the check in. The room was dirty and behind the arm chair there was plenty of dirt. The white bed cover had a red stain, blood or lipstick? I have been in this chain hotel in more than 4 times, but in any of them I noticed a person lacking such grade of commitment like in this hotel front clerk. No even saying a simple "HI" is an ugly start.
