The property was as advertised. The kitchen was lovely and the bedrooms and bathrooms were also very nice. The washer/dryer was an asset and much appreciated.There were a couple of minor issues/questions - the property owner responded quickly and was helpful. (We learned that the toaster and microwave at the same time blew a fuse. But it was an easy fix) The street the house is located was quiet and well kept and we felt very safe. These are on me but want to share: The house only had one sofa in the living room - fine for 2-3 people but not comfortable for us and there was not a lot of alternatives aside from the kitchen chairs. There were nearby blocks that had houses that were in disrepair or boarded up. If you had never been to Atlanta like us - it’s probably in general worth researching neighborhoods.

Generally good, only a few issues

The house was nice, clean, and in a good location. I was visiting my nephew who lived very close to this location so the location was good for me, it may not be for others. We had some issues with remotes being broken and unusable, but I know that the host was ordering a new one, and they had just not received it yet. The water pressure in the showers was pretty low. The host was very responsive and responded to my questions very quickly.

The property was clean, quaint and close to everything in ATL. We parked and took ride shares to the Falcons game and it was super easy to get there and back. The host was very responsive, although we didn’t need anything. It was good to know we’d get a quick response if we did. We’d definitely stay here again.

Bright, cheery place

We were in town visiting family. My dad is 87 and he wanted to see his 92 year old sister. Dad has Parkinson’s and is a fall risk. The open layout was absolutely ideal for him to maneuver around. The house was clean and smelled nice upon arrival. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels. Oh and the beds! So comfortable! A+++ Dad and sister remarked several times how much they liked the layout and comfort level. We baked some ready made biscuits and made sandwiches. Otherwise we did not cook. Kitchen is well stocked for what we needed. Coffee mugs, tea, coffee pods, sugar and cream. McDonalds is 10 mins away too for a quick cup of good coffee. Quiet neighborhood, greeted some friendly neighbors on a morning walk. The washing machine and dryer worked perfectly. The host is responsive and friendly. All instructions were clear and no issues getting in the house. We give our stay 5 stars!

Adorable & Comfy Stay

Fully updated home with plenty of light and comfort. Our family enjoyed our stay because all of the amenities were perfect! Functional and updated kitchen, very clean bathrooms, necessities for your stay and a quiet street. The showers were a big hit and having T.V.’s in every room was a Huge plus for teenagers! Location was close to everything but the overall neighborhood felt a bit “rough” BUT very quiet and accurately listed.
