Guests should be told in advance if the property is being in the progress of updates. The card key system was down my whole hotel stay. We had to be escorted up to the room by a hotel representative every time we left the room. The pillows inside the pillowcase were old, with a yellow tinge to them. The air vent in the bathroom was not working at all. Plus, the air vents in the room were dirty. The air conditioning was not working in the lobby area, which I’m sure was uncomfortable for the staff. The bright spot of the stay was the friendly staff at the front desk. This was an unexpected disappointment from a Hilton brand hotel.
